PBX Quote with labor:  Includes all hardware for the PBX system as well as rectifier/batteries if needed.  Also includes cables, blocks and cross connect for frame connections as well as set/test/desi of the telephone instruments.  End user training is also included as well as warranty.

PBX Quote without labor:  Includes all hardware for the PBX and peripheral equipment such as phones, rectifiers and batteries.  Includes shipping costs and warranty.

Service Technician:  Hourly rate for a factory certified technician to install new product, troubleshoot or perform Adds/Moves/Changes to the system.  Rates include both regular time as well as nights and weekends.

Product Training:  Training for end users on use of instruments, voice mail, softphones, Unified Messaging or applications can be provided in a customized quote.  Training for administration of the PBX, voice mail or other applications can be provided in a customized quote.
